1. Payment Policy
We require a deposit before starting your project to confirm your commitment. This policy helps us filter serious clients, manage resources effectively, and prevent delays.
- Promotional Prices: Promotional prices are available for a limited time and apply only during the promo period.
2. Project Timeline
- Small Websites: Delivered within 5–7 days.
- Custom/Complex Websites: The timeline will depend on the project’s complexity and will be shared after discussing your needs.
3. Payment Structure (Example for a ₦31,000 Website)
- First Payment (Deposit): ₦10,000 to start the project.
- Second Payment: ₦11,000 after you approve the prototype.
- Final Payment: ₦10,000 when the website is ready to launch.
Important Note:
Failure to make payments as scheduled will result in the prototype website being taken offline. Once the outstanding payment is received, the website will be restored.
4. Website Duration
Your website hosting and domain are valid for one year. Afterward, you can:
- Upgrade to a new package.
- Renew hosting and domain services.
- Discontinue the website.
5. Pricing Policy
Our hosting and other resources are priced in U.S. dollars, and any price quoted is valid only for the specific period mentioned. Future renewals or updates may be subject to changes in exchange rates or costs.
6. What We Need From You
- Share all necessary company or organization information as early as possible.
- Be available for feedback and reviews during the project.
- Follow the agreed design type and payment schedule to avoid delays.
7. Payment Details

8. Revisions and Additions
- Your project will be completed based on the agreed scope.
- Additional requests or changes beyond the original plan will incur extra costs.
9. Refund Policy
- We do not offer refunds, as our priority is to deliver high-quality services.
- Refunds will only be considered if we fail to deliver the project within the agreed timeline without valid reasons or communication.
10. Support After Delivery
- We provide free support for minor fixes for 30 days after project delivery.
- Major updates, such as redesigns or new features, will be charged separately.
11. Communication
- All communication must occur via approved channels, including email, WhatsApp, or phone calls. This ensures we document and track your requests effectively.
12. Liability Limitations
- No Liability for Content: We are not responsible for the accuracy, legality, or intellectual property status of content provided by the client.
- Third-Party Services: We are not liable for downtime or disruptions caused by third-party services, including hosting providers or domain registrars.
- Fraudulent Activity: If your website is taken down due to fraudulent activities or violations of legal regulations, we are not responsible for its removal or reinstatement.
13. Intellectual Property
- The website design and code remain the intellectual property of Hiosweb Technologies, a subsidiary of Hios Multiple Concepts until full payment is received.
- Upon full payment, ownership rights will be transfered to the client, except for third-party tools, plugins, or licensed assets.
14. Confidentiality
- We will not disclose your project details to any third party without your consent.
- Clients must also maintain the confidentiality of pricing and agreements shared during the project.
15. Termination of Agreement
- If a project is canceled by the client after work has commenced, payments already made are non-refundable.
- We reserve the right to terminate the project if the client fails to meet obligations, such as delayed payments or unresponsiveness.
16. Dispute Resolution
- In the event of disputes, both parties agree to resolve matters through negotiation.
- If unresolved, disputes will be subject to arbitration under Nigerian law.
17. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or project failures caused by events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, technical failures, or changes in government policies.
